Roasted Winter veggies tossed with kale, toasted buckwheat, cranberries, nuts and seeds. Dressed with “feta” and my incredibly delicious , home-made mustard & sage dressing. Gluten free. Serves 1 as a main or 2 people as a side. Contains mustard, soya, nuts and sesame. Can be warmed up or eaten at room temp. Remove lid and place in the oven @180 for 10 min.
