WHO I AM

Hospitality has been my passion since I was 19 years old when I got my first job in a an English Pub in the Cotswolds.

Since then I have travelled extensively around the globe within this incredible industry, learning through experience all the different roles one can play. I have come to realise that hospitality is all about PEOPLE.

A true love for people and their comfort and joy when experiencing good food, drink and company is what I am all about. I put my heart and soul into everything I do and 

it is my passion to create wonderful spaces for people to gather, relax and feel at home. It is also my passion to feed them incredibly delicious vegan food to amaze their senses and expand their thinking.

I have cooked professionally for over 10 years now and I still fall more in love with the wonders of vegan cuisine every day.

I love to help new and existing business owners create a welcoming environment with an innovative menu and a solid team of staff that will ensure their success and make their customers return time and again.
